Reservation Terms & Conditions

These Reservation Terms & Conditions apply when you reserve a lot at EcoStead at Norwich.

Reservation Process

A reservation is made by submitting a reservation request and paying the required deposit. The reservation is confirmed once the deposit is received and verified by our finance team.

Deposit

The reservation deposit is required to hold a lot. The deposit amount, currency, and payment instructions will be communicated during the reservation process. Deposits are held in accordance with our financial policies.

Reservation Period

A reservation holds the lot for a specified period during which you must complete the purchase application, KYC/AML review, and sign the sale agreement. If the process is not completed within this period, the reservation may be released.

Cancellation

Reservation cancellation and refund policies will be detailed in your reservation agreement. Please review these terms carefully before proceeding.
